PROTOCOL FOR THE PREVENTION OF AND RESPONSE TO SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND SEX-BASED HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE
Commitment against workplace or psychological harassment
Law 31/95 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks and Organic Law 10/2022 of 6 September on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom require private companies and public administrations to monitor the working conditions of their staff and to prevent risks arising from their work activity, including forms of digital violence.
Institutional declaration against sexual harassment, sex-based harassment and in guarantee of sexual freedom
ZENAGRO publicly expresses its commitment to promoting and maintaining a working environment that is safe and respectful of the dignity, individual freedom and fundamental rights of all the people who form part of our organisation.
Therefore, it undertakes to:
- Not allow or tolerate under any circumstances behaviours, attitudes or situations of sexual harassment or harassment based on sex.
- Not ignore complaints, claims or reports of harassment.
- Receive and process all reports rigorously and promptly.
- Guarantee that no type of retaliation will occur against those who report such situations.
- Sanction those who engage in harassment according to the seriousness of their conduct.
Responsibilities
- Treat everyone with respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.
- Avoid offensive, humiliating or intimidating behaviour.
- Act appropriately in the face of harassment by not ignoring it, expressing disagreement and reporting it to the designated persons.

10 TIPS FOR NON-SEXIST COMMUNICATION IN THE COMPANY
Language is not sexist; the use we make of it is. Use language that makes all genders visible.
Use neutral words, collective and abstract names whenever possible.
Do not overuse splitting; alternate the order or use the common gender.
Feminize professions and positions when held by women.
Apply non-personal references in administrative documentation.
Expand language to include all genders.
Do not use @ in documents; use recognized linguistic alternatives.
Choose non-stereotypical images that favor inclusion.
Use genderless pronouns and determiners.
Recognize the transformative power of language as a tool for change.
DECLARATION OF PRINCIPLES FOR DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION OF THE LGTBIQ+ COMMUNITY
