Social Media Policy

ZENAGRO, SL (hereinafter, the “Company”).

The Company, supporting new communication channels on social media as one of the closest ways for our users to participate, has prepared this Social Media Use Policy so that communications remain constructive and aligned with our mission and commitment to them. This policy therefore applies to the content, comments and data collected or provided on the Company’s official pages and on the social media platforms where the Company is present.

Nevertheless, and regardless of the above, please note that as a direct user of a specific social network you are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use established by those platforms. It is therefore advisable to review the information contained in those policies and conditions, as well as the privacy settings of the accounts created by the user.

How are your data collected?

The Company may access the data of users who join or use its official pages or profiles. If advertising actions are carried out in which the user participates, the Company may access their data in order to manage the services offered and/or inform them about the advertising displayed.

If the user accesses our official profiles or pages, they should bear in mind that the Company may access the data published or made visible in their profile, as well as any other data that may be shared under the policies of the social media platforms themselves.

How do we protect your information?

The Company, as Data Controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, has implemented the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the confidentiality of users’ data. The objective is to prevent any loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access that could lead to a breach of security.

Users’ privacy rights

In accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, the Company guarantees that users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, objection, portability, the right not to be subject to automated individual decisions, as well as the withdrawal of previously granted consent. To exercise these rights, you may send an email to the Controller or, where applicable, to the Data Protection Officer at protecciondatos@zenagro.com. In addition, the data subject may contact the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority for further information or to lodge a complaint.

If the user no longer wishes to use the services offered or promoted by the Company or receive advertising communications, they may unsubscribe through the mechanisms available on the different official pages, profiles and websites, uninstall or unsubscribe from our official applications or groups, or configure the privacy settings of their account to prevent access to their information. Once this configuration has been established, the Company will no longer have access to the information in the account and the user’s data will be deleted.

How is your information used?

If the Company enables an interaction platform or groups with followers on social media, it may share user information with other companies directly related to it when necessary to administer, manage and/or improve the services offered through our website or official platforms, provided that a contract guaranteeing the security of data processing has been signed.

Likewise, the Company will only share your information when legally required, in order to comply with applicable regulations or when requested by competent authorities.

Content and comments from followers and users

Below are some guidelines intended to encourage the proper use of communications and contributions that users may share on the website or official platforms. We thank users for their contributions, mentions and responses.

• ✓ The Company will refrain from responding to any comment involving obscene language, personal attacks against other users, derogatory comments or matters unrelated to the Company or any of its products, as well as comments that do not comply with the provisions established in the Legal Notice published on the website.
• ✓ The Company’s website or official platforms may include links to other websites managed by third parties in order to facilitate users’ access to information from partner and/or sponsoring companies. The Company is therefore not responsible for the content of such websites and does not act as guarantor or provider of the services and/or information that may be offered through third-party links.
• ✓ The Company reserves all rights related to its pages and official platforms including, but not limited to, the following actions: editing, modifying, adding or deleting any content or comments that act against proper use and good faith among users. Likewise, the Company reserves the right to remove or block user accounts that publish content or comments that violate this Social Media Policy and the Terms of Use published on the website.

Changes to the Social Media Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Social Media Policy at any time without prior notice. However, it will remain available in a visible and freely accessible place for consultation whenever required.
