Ethics channel
This Ethics Channel, also referred to as the Internal Information System, has been established as a mechanism for reporting complaints, in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
It is a channel through which employees and any third party may report potential cases of legal or regulatory non-compliance that may be detrimental to the interests of the company.
The receipt and management of reports, which may be submitted anonymously or not, are entrusted to the System Manager as the natural person appointed by the Administrative Body. They will be handled with sufficient guarantees of confidentiality regarding the identity of the whistleblower and any other person mentioned in the report, ensuring objectivity and impartiality in the management of reports, with the aim of providing an appropriate response and legal handling.
